Social Media Marketing & Telemarketing Executive

About the role

Technovision (Pvt.) Limited, a generator set company active since 1995, is hiring a Social Media Marketing & Telemarketing Executive in Lahore. The role combines digital marketing and lead generation with outbound calling to grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Assist in running paid ads on Meta Ads and Google Ads for brand awareness and lead generation.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
• Respond to social media inquiries and customer messages professionally.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce products and services and generate leads.
• Follow up with prospects, share product information and arrange meetings for the sales team.
• Maintain customer and lead databases and update follow-up records.
• Help develop marketing strategies to improve brand visibility.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, telemarketing or digital marketing.
• Good communication, telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and following up with leads.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital advertising.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop or similar content creation tools.
