Social Media & Meta Ads Manager

About the role

We are seeking a self‑motivated Social Media & Meta Ads Manager to own our digital presence. The role combines community management, paid‑media strategy, and creative collaboration to drive brand awareness and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns focused on brand awareness, reach and traffic.
• Manage day‑to‑day activity across Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Instagram, ensuring a consistent voice and high engagement.
• Handle direct messages and comments, responding promptly and converting interest into loyalty.
• Identify and pitch content ideas that align with viral trends and our brand identity.
• Work closely with the photographer/videographer to produce high‑quality visual assets.
• Monitor analytics, adjust strategies and take ownership of growth targets.

Required profile

• Proven expertise with Meta Ads Manager and a solid understanding of social media algorithms.
• Owner‑mindset: accountable for KPIs, proactive, results‑driven.
• Strong visual aesthetic and modern digital storytelling sense.
• Excellent communication, able to propose solutions and execute them.
