Social Media Strategist

About the role

ABS International is looking for a results‑driven Social Media Strategist to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of social media activities across a wide range of platforms. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Gulshan‑e‑Iqbal, Karachi and focuses on both organic growth and paid campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, Quora, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Manage and grow social media accounts using organic tactics and Meta paid campaigns.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithms, trends and updates.
• Create, schedule and optimise engaging content tailored to each platform.
• Monitor performance metrics, audience growth and engagement.
• Analyse insights and performance data to refine content and campaigns.
• Conduct basic competitor and market research.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication and content‑writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple platforms simultaneously.
