Social Media Strategist

About the role

SeeBiz is hiring a research-driven, strategic Social Media Strategist in Lahore to build and run social media strategies for B2B and technology-focused brands. The role goes beyond posting: it covers audience research, trend and competitor analysis, and strategy development that supports brand awareness, audience growth, thought leadership, engagement and business goals. It is full time and on-site, with 5 working days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly/quarterly content calendars, with platform-specific plans for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube and others
• Research industry trends, competitors, B2B brands, founders and creators, and develop content pillars and themes
• Create content briefs and guide writers, designers and video editors on concept, tone, format and objectives
• Support founder-led and employee-led content and consistent brand positioning
• Analyse performance metrics, test formats and topics, and prepare regular performance reports

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content strategy or digital marketing
• Proven track record of building social media strategies and content calendars
• Experience working with content writers, graphic designers and video editors
• Preferred: experience in technology, SaaS, AI, software or digital services

Required skills

• Strong understanding of B2B social media marketing for international audiences
• Excellent understanding of LinkedIn and other major platforms
• Competitor analysis and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and strategic thinking
