Software Architect (Full‑Stack)

About the role

Rondah is seeking a Software Architect to own technical operations end‑to‑end in its Lahore office. The role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex problems across the full stack and thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Triage and resolve technical support tickets.
• Investigate and debug issues across frontend, backend, APIs, databases and infrastructure.
• Build a deep understanding of system architecture and workflows.
• Own issues from investigation through resolution.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve reliability and product quality.
• Contribute fixes, tooling improvements, automations and operational enhancements.
• Monitor production systems and proactively identify problems.
• Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience working across multiple layers of the stack.
• Excellent debugging and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex systems quickly.
• Comfortable in fast‑moving startup environments.
• Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.
• Experience supporting or maintaining production systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
