Software Development Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Software Development Manager to lead the Product Engineering Team for our VeriTouch solution built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Power Platform. The role combines technical leadership with hands‑on oversight of development processes to deliver a scalable, high‑quality product.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cross‑functional software development teams (developers, business analysts, quality engineers) through sprint planning, execution and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to software development processes, backlog grooming, and task planning.
• Provide technical guidance on design, coding standards, architecture and best practices for the VeriTouch solution.
• Mentor and evaluate team members, conduct one‑on‑ones and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to create high‑level designs and technical roadmaps.

Required profile

• 15+ years of hands‑on experience with .NET, C# and Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform.
• At least 5 years of experience managing technical teams in an enterprise environment.
• Proven ability to deliver large‑scale enterprise projects and work with complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and communication skills.
