Software Engineer – AI/LLM Applications

About the role

Global Rescue is looking for a versatile Software Engineer to design and deliver AI‑enabled enterprise solutions. You will work on production‑ready features, intelligent agents, and workflow systems that integrate large language models (LLMs) with business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Build and integrate AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise platforms such as Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin.NET, or Dynamics 365.
• Leverage third‑party LLM APIs (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Claude) to create chatbots, Q&A systems, contextual search, and workflow automation.
• Develop and evaluate agentic AI systems using frameworks like Pydantic AI, Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or LangGraph.
• Implement prompt engineering, embedding customization, lightweight fine‑tuning, structured outputs, and tool‑calling.
• Support multimodal experiences with speech‑to‑text, text‑to‑speech, audio classification, sentiment analysis, intent recognition, and emotion detection.

Required profile

• Strong software engineering fundamentals with hands‑on experience in enterprise application development.
• Practical knowledge of AI/LLM integration and modern AI engineering practices.
• Ability to deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable code in production environments.
