Software Engineer – Entry Level (0‑2 yrs)

About the role

We are looking for motivated Software Engineers with 0–2 years of professional experience. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals who have strong technical fundamentals and are comfortable working in a client‑facing environment. Candidates must submit a short (minimum 60‑second) introduction video as part of the application.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client and internal meetings and communicate directly with international clients.
• Understand business and technical requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.
• Develop, troubleshoot, integrate, and enhance software solutions while handling technical tickets.
• Investigate issues, provide effective technical solutions, and communicate progress clearly.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, business teams, and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple tickets, tasks, meetings, and priorities simultaneously, taking ownership from requirement to delivery.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate to a maximum of 2 years of experience, preferably with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Data Science, AI or related field.
• Hands‑on experience through internships, university projects, freelance work or professional roles.
• Strong technical and problem‑solving skills with excellent verbal and written English.
• Confidence speaking in meetings, interacting with clients and explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to handle multiple meetings and tasks in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
• Professionalism, ownership, willingness to learn and, optionally, prior exposure to international clients.
