Software Engineering Manager – .NET & Angular

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager with strong .NET and Angular expertise to lead web‑based banking applications such as internet banking, CRM, LOS, and branch banking. The role involves deep technical involvement, mentoring junior staff, and driving delivery excellence across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development teams and Technical Leads across assigned products and projects.
• Drive workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and career development activities.
• Establish development standards, engineering best practices, and technical governance.
• Ensure delivery commitments while maintaining quality, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to align priorities.

Required profile

• 12+ years of software development experience in .NET and Angular.
• 5+ years in a managerial role leading global development teams.
• Strong people‑management, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
• Experience with capacity planning, resource management, and workforce development.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills in Agile environments.
