Software Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Software Project Coordinator to lead and oversee software development initiatives. The role involves managing project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organise, scope, coordinate and deliver multiple complex software projects simultaneously.
• Communicate clearly with clients, cross-functional teams and management, and produce weekly executive reports.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture decisions and actions, and follow up on deliverables.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues, proposing corrective actions as needed.
• Provide administrative support and undertake project tasks to keep deadlines on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in software project coordination or management (fresh graduate to junior level).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication abilities.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and collaborate within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (mandatory).
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack and Trello.
• Knowledge of database design and API integration.
• Understanding of the software development life-cycle and full-cycle development/testing processes.
