Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer

About the role

Office Automation Services is seeking a motivated Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to ensure our web, mobile, and desktop applications meet the highest standards of performance, scalability, and reliability. You will work closely with developers and support teams to design, execute, and continuously improve testing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with development and support teams to define effective test strategies.
• Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and QA documentation.
• Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and desktop platforms.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and report bugs with actionable insights.
• Investigate complex issues, determine root causes, and support timely resolution.
• Promote QA best practices, tools, and automation frameworks.
• Continuously enhance QA processes to improve efficiency and product quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software testing (both manual and automated).
• Hands‑on experience testing web, mobile, and desktop applications.
