Software Sales Agent – Outbound Calling (US Market)

About the role
We are seeking experienced Software Sales Agents to conduct outbound cold calling, generate leads, and manage full‑cycle sales for our US market. The role operates on US business hours, requiring night‑shift work from our Lahore office.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to US businesses and decision‑makers.
- Generate leads, handle inbound and outbound US enquiries.
- Pitch mobile apps, websites, CRM/ERP systems, AI automation and custom software solutions.
- Conduct discovery meetings, prepare quotations, negotiate and close deals.
- Maintain follow‑ups, update CRM records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in software development services.
- Fluent spoken English with strong communication skills.
- Experience dealing with US clients and comfortable working US business hours.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales process.
Required skills
- Knowledge of mobile app solutions.
- Understanding of website development.
- Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
- Awareness of AI automation technologies.
