Software Support Engineer – HIMS

About the role
Camden Health System is seeking a full‑time Software Support Engineer to join its team in Lahore. The role focuses on providing technical assistance for the company’s Health ERP (Hospital Management Information System) and ensuring smooth operation for hospital clients.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve software‑related issues reported by users.
- Assist users with system functionality and guide them through HIMS, EMR and ERP modules.
- Maintain system performance and monitor for potential problems.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service and communicate clearly with clients.
- Document incidents and solutions for future reference.
Required profile
- Experience working with HIMS, EMR and ERP systems.
- Strong background in software and technical support.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical problems.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in health‑tech or related industries is a plus.
