About the role
We are looking for a motivated Solar Sales Representative to join our remote team. In this commission‑based position you will contact homeowners, introduce solar energy solutions, and generate qualified leads for our sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound cold‑call calls to homeowners and present solar benefits.
- Handle objections, build interest, and qualify prospects.
- Schedule appointments with interested homeowners for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call logs and lead records.
- Achieve daily and weekly lead‑generation targets.
Required profile
- Previous experience in solar cold calling or similar telemarketing campaigns.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable speaking with homeowners.
- Ability to generate and qualify leads independently.
