Solar Sales Representative (Outbound)

About the role

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team as Solar Sales Representatives. In this outbound sales position you will engage US‑based prospects, introduce our solar solutions, and generate qualified leads for the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the United States.
• Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
• Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM system.
• Follow established campaign guidelines and sales processes.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal abilities and a professional phone manner.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones.
• Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or call‑center operations is a plus, but fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
