Solution Engineer – Surveillance (Pre‑Sales)

About the role

JazzWorld is seeking a Solution Engineer specialized in surveillance to lead pre‑sales activities and design end‑to‑end CCTV solutions for clients in Islamabad. The role blends technical design, client interaction, and support for project handover.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop complete CCTV/surveillance solutions based on customer requirements.
• Select and integrate active components such as cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS, and networking devices.
• Plan and recommend passive infrastructure including cabling, connectors, racks, and power solutions.
• Conduct site surveys, gather requirements, and produce technical proposals, BOQs, and documentation.
• Provide pre‑sales support through client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and smooth handover to implementation teams.
• Stay current with emerging surveillance technologies and industry trends.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience designing CCTV or surveillance solutions.
• Hands‑on knowledge of leading surveillance platforms (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua).
• Strong understanding of networking concepts for IP cameras, LAN/WAN, and switching.
• Proven experience in pre‑sales activities, client interaction, and proposal development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
