Solutions Architect

About the role

As a Solutions Architect you will translate business requirements into a comprehensive software design that serves as a blueprint for the implementation team. You will also ensure the design is faithfully followed throughout development and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in presales, UX design, sprint planning, development and delivery phases.
• Review proposals and wireframes from a technical perspective.
• Create a Solutions Design Document and other artifacts to guide the development team.
• Monitor implementation to guarantee adherence to the design and document any changes.
• Review development output, provide training to developers, and act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable university.
• 10+ years of hands‑on experience, preferably as a full‑stack developer.
• Minimum 4 years of experience making architecture and design decisions (data domain modeling, design patterns, third‑party component integration).
• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups and lead technical discussions.
