Solutions Architect – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join a leading global technology firm on a contract basis. The role is fully remote and focuses on designing scalable, cloud‑native solutions that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and architect end‑to‑end solutions for high‑impact projects in a cloud environment.
• Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure architectural decisions support business goals.
• Provide technical guidance on scalability, performance, and security best practices.
• Document architectural decisions and solution designs.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong background in microservices and serverless architecture.
• Hands‑on expertise with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
