Specialist Cybersecurity Compliance

About the role

JazzWorld is seeking a Specialist Cybersecurity Compliance to lead IT General Controls (ITGC) across the organization. The role ensures adherence to regulatory and SOX requirements, coordinates audits, and supports continuous compliance through testing and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Execute monthly, quarterly and periodic ITGC and SOX control testing, collect and upload evidence.
• Coordinate internal, external, regulatory, UHY and SOX audits, managing stakeholders and resolving conflicts.
• Identify control gaps, document findings and support remediation planning and tracking.
• Develop and maintain control documentation such as risk and control matrices, narratives and process flows.
• Maintain audit and compliance trackers and manage the GRC tool, including reporting and dashboard creation.
• Prepare and present reports to senior management on control testing results, audit findings and cybersecurity updates.
• Perform periodic cybersecurity enterprise risk reporting to the Finance Internal Controls team.

Required profile

• BS/MS in Information Security, Computer Science or related field.
• 1‑2 years experience in SOX compliance, internal IT audit, ITGC or related assurance functions.
• Strong understanding of SOX requirements and IT General Controls.
• Familiarity with GRC tools, audit coordination and evidence‑collection processes.
• Experience supporting external audits (regulatory, UHY, SOX) and working in the telecom sector is a plus.
