Specialist Site Property Management

About the role

The Specialist Site Property Management will oversee all Site Property Management (SPM) activities across the assigned region, ensuring timely site acquisition, lease management, energization, and permitting for telecom infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate regional SPM functions including site acquisition, land lease management, site energization, and permit acquisition.
• Manage contractors to deliver scope of work within SLA timelines and conduct quarterly evaluations.
• Administer regional budgets, travel expenses, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets and KPIs.
• Negotiate contracts with government and private entities to secure high‑potential colocation sites.
• Resolve site access challenges, ownership disputes, and local opposition.
• Prepare and oversee tower colocation applications and obtain necessary permits and zoning approvals.
• Coordinate temporary and permanent power installations and resolve right‑of‑way issues.
• Maintain all paperwork, contracts, and reports related to site acquisition and approvals.
• Facilitate lease negotiations with property owners and act as primary contact for communities and agencies.
• Maintain regional SPM trackers, documentation, and perform internal site audits as directed.
• Build and lead a high‑performing team while driving operational and financial excellence.
• Travel as required to support site activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or a master’s degree in business, public relations, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in lease management, site acquisition, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, contractors, and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong negotiation skills with government and private stakeholders.
