Sr. Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

Excellence Delivered seeks a senior Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to lead end‑to‑end ERP implementations, bridging business requirements with technical solutions across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full Odoo ERP implementation, configuration and deployment.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions.
• Handle functional configurations, workflows, customizations and integrations.
• Collaborate with technical teams on Python development, module customization and API integrations.
• Troubleshoot system issues, optimise processes and ensure smooth ERP operations.
• Conduct user training, prepare documentation and provide post‑implementation support.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Odoo Techno‑Functional Consultant, preferably senior level.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo core modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HR & Payroll, and Project Management.
• Ability to independently manage client requirements and deliver practical ERP solutions.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
