Sr. System Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

The Senior System Infrastructure Engineer will oversee the enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient operation of endpoint devices, virtualization platforms, Active Directory, storage solutions, and Microsoft 365 services. This role supports business continuity and enhances end‑user productivity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage endpoint devices, enforce security controls, and administer antivirus solutions.
• Perform operating system and application patch management.
• Create, maintain, backup, and restore Hyper‑V virtual machines while monitoring performance and availability.
• Handle Active Directory user lifecycle, password resets, security groups, GPOs, and SSL certificates.
• Oversee enterprise storage infrastructure, monitor capacity and performance, and support backup/recovery operations.
• Administer Microsoft 365 users, groups, licenses, and services such as Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Implement access controls and security configurations across all platforms.

Required profile

• Minimum 5‑7 years of hands‑on experience managing Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper‑V, storage, endpoint devices, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, cloud, infrastructure, or security are a plus.
