Staff Business Analyst – Strategic Planning

About the role

We are seeking a Staff Business Analyst to support senior leadership in shaping strategic goals, defining KPIs, and driving performance improvements across the organization. The role blends analytical rigor with cross‑functional collaboration to deliver data‑driven insights and actionable recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior leaders in defining organizational objectives, KPIs, and strategic plans.
• Conduct market and internal performance analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
• Develop business cases for key initiatives, outlining benefits, costs, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, acting as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and other departments.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, document feedback, and ensure clear project objectives.
• Analyze business processes, systems, and data to recommend efficiency gains and enhancements.
• Track project progress, flag risks or delays, and report status to managers.
• Promote continuous improvement by sharing best practices and supporting process optimization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis or a closely related discipline.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects from inception to delivery.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with a results‑driven mindset.
• Experience navigating ambiguity, adapting to changing priorities, and building consensus in fast‑paced environments.

Required skills
