Store In-Charge / Cashier – Front Desk Operations

About the role

We are seeking a well‑mannered Store In‑Charge / Cashier to lead front‑desk operations at PakWheels’ Car Oil Change Service Center in Lahore. The role combines customer interaction, billing, and basic administrative duties to ensure a smooth service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers professionally, explain services and current offers.
• Generate accurate bills and invoices using POS or billing software.
• Process cash, card and digital payments, issue receipts and manage the cash register.
• Maintain daily cash records, reconcile balances with the Branch Manager.
• Handle incoming calls, schedule service appointments and respond to general inquiries.
• Coordinate with the service team to provide timely updates on vehicle status.
• Promote service packages, offers and car‑care products.
• Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized and welcoming.
• Address customer complaints professionally and forward them when needed.
• Support basic administrative tasks such as maintaining service logs and customer records.

Required profile

• Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Business (B.Com).
• 2–3 years of experience in cashiering, front‑desk or customer‑service roles, ideally in automotive or retail.
• Trustworthy, well‑presented and customer‑friendly personality.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with POS systems and billing software.
