Strategy Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Strategy Manager to design and run the planning, reporting and decision‑making infrastructure for our Executive Committee and Core Leadership Team. The role will not maintain an existing system but will build the end‑to‑end OKR and goal‑setting process that drives performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and operate the goal‑setting architecture (annual objectives, quarterly OKRs and monthly targets) for all functions and ventures.
• Run the weekly leadership tracking rhythm, highlighting progress, risks and decisions needed to unblock work.
• Capture decisions, owners and actions from leadership sessions, translate them into workstreams and ensure timely execution.
• Hold the organisation accountable to its commitments and drive follow‑through on all initiatives.
• Provide independent analysis to the Executive Committee, balancing competing priorities from multiple leaders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build and maintain strategic frameworks.
• Experience working with senior leadership teams in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
• Proven ability to sequence, trade‑off and push back on competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills to translate strategy into actionable plans.
