Student Counselor - Study Abroad (UK, Australia, North America)

About the role

NC Solicitors PVT Limited guides students who want to study abroad by matching their academic goals with realistic financial options, and has opened a new office in Sialkot. It offers ethical, student-centered counseling that focuses on long-term success. The Student Counselor is a full-time, on-site position in Sialkot, working with prospective students and families through every step of the admission and visa process.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with prospective students and families to understand their academic background, career goals and financial situation, and recommend suitable study-abroad destinations and institutions.
• Conduct counseling sessions and explain the application and visa processes.
• Assist with documentation and maintain accurate student records.
• Respond to inquiries and give ongoing guidance from first contact through admission and visa outcomes.
• Follow up with students to support their transition to overseas institutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues, take part in information sessions and stay updated on international education trends.

Required profile

• Counselors for UK, Australia, Canada, USA, Europe, Turkey, China and Malaysia.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, Social Sciences or a related field preferred; prior experience in student advisory or study-abroad services is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Sialkot, manage a full-time workload and meet counseling and enrollment targets.

• Solid understanding of education processes, preferably in international or higher education contexts.
• Proficiency in record keeping, organizing multiple cases and using basic computer applications and CRM tools.
• Empathy, cultural sensitivity and the ability to build trust with diverse student populations.
