Study Abroad Advisor

About the role

Rebirth Education Consultants is seeking a full‑time Study Abroad Advisor to join its on‑site team in Pakistan. The advisor will guide prospective students through every step of the overseas education journey, from initial consultation to visa preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one consultations with students and families to assess academic profiles and career goals.
• Recommend suitable countries, institutions, and programmes based on individual aspirations.
• Assist with application preparation, documentation, scholarship research and visa guidance.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of admission requirements, deadlines and scholarship opportunities.
• Coordinate with international partner institutions and deliver information sessions.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email and in‑person meetings.
• Record and update student information accurately in internal CRM systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Counseling, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, families and institutions.
• Knowledge of visa processes and documentation for major study destinations.
• Experience in study‑abroad advising, student services or international education is advantageous.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent time‑management and record‑keeping abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems for managing student data.
