Study Abroad Advisor

About the role

The Study Abroad Advisor will support prospective students and their families throughout the entire study abroad journey. Based on‑site in Karachi, the role involves counseling, program selection, and guiding applicants through admission and visa processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial counseling sessions and needs assessments with students and families.
• Review academic profiles and recommend suitable universities or colleges abroad.
• Assist clients with completing application forms, gathering documentation, and meeting timelines.
• Explain admission requirements, visa regulations, and related procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth case handling.
• Maintain accurate client records and stay updated on international education trends and visa rules.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Relations, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in educational consulting, study abroad, or immigration consulting is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex processes.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, work on‑site in Karachi, and keep organized documentation.

Required skills

• Standard office software proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office).
