Study Abroad Consultant

About the role

Manzoor Ahmad Law Associates (MALA) is looking for a motivated, confident and results-driven Study Abroad Consultant to guide students toward international study opportunities. The position is full-time and on-site, with working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Key responsibilities

• Guide students on international study options and help them choose countries, universities and programmes
• Explain admission requirements, eligibility, scholarships and visa procedures
• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable destinations
• Handle enquiries by call, walk-in and digital channels, and turn leads into enrolled clients
• Help students with admission applications and documentation
• Maintain accurate student records and follow-up reports
• Perform other tasks assigned by management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree
• Relevant experience in study abroad sales or educational consultancy is an advantage

Required skills

• Strong communication, client handling, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Good English
• Targeted lead generation and conversion
• Knowledge of international education systems and study abroad processes preferred
