Supply Chain Finance & Productivity Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Finance & Productivity Manager will lead the development and delivery of supply chain operations financial planning for the Sundar and Multan plants. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the role supports finance digitalisation, strategic forecasting and the execution of annual operating plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute Annual Operating Plans (AOP), rolling forecasts and strategic financial plans aligned with business objectives.
• Provide analytical support to supply chain functions, diagnosing issues, driving productivity initiatives and delivering actionable insights.
• Partner with Agro, Global Procurement and Operations teams to create procurement, storage, commodity spend forecasts and capacity plans.
• Lead financial modelling, scenario analysis and profitability assessments for buy‑back pricing, seed and chipstock requirements.
• Coordinate budgeting, variance analysis and contingency planning for plant‑level operating plans.
• Monitor key Agro and commodity KPIs, reporting risks, opportunities and inflation impacts to stakeholders.
• Support investment decisions, capacity expansions and co‑manufacturing opportunities through financial and operational assessments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance within supply chain, agro‑industry or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across finance, procurement and operations.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional projects and drive digitalisation initiatives.
