Supply Coordinator – Global Circular Fashion Supply Chain

About the role

Layers is building the infrastructure layer for the global circular fashion supply chain, connecting second‑hand clothing graders and raghouses in Pakistan to buyers worldwide. The Supply Coordinator sits at the heart of this operation, turning confirmed commercial agreements into smooth, on‑time execution across raghouses, QC teams and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate confirmed supply orders from internal handover to final logistics, reviewing requirements, quantities, categories, timelines and collection locations.
• Create and maintain clear execution plans, tracking each order through sourcing confirmation, quality control, consolidation, processing and dispatch readiness.
• Receive and verify supplier and order information from Key Account Managers and Executives, translating commercial agreements into operational actions.
• Schedule and monitor QC inspections across raghouses and warehouses, ensuring correct specifications and acceptance criteria are applied.
• Manage movement of stock between raghouses, oversee consolidation, and reconcile quantities before handover to logistics.
• Identify missing information, delays and risks early, and escalate issues to ensure on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Highly organised and execution‑focused with strong attention to detail.
• Persistent in follow‑ups and able to manage multiple orders, locations and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with Key Account Managers, QC teams, raghouse partners and logistics personnel.
• Ability to act as the central source of truth for operational status of active supply.
