Supply Executive – Rider Recruitment & Operations

About the role

As a Supply Executive at foodpanda, you will lead the recruitment and management of rider partners in a designated city. You will be responsible for closing the supply gap, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering strong relationships with riders and local partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned hubs and oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment process for riders.
• Achieve monthly acquisition targets to meet demand.
• Identify and develop new acquisition channels.
• Design and deliver training programs for newly recruited riders.
• Lead, support, and resolve queries for a team of riders.
• Optimize delivery operations to ensure timely service.
• Maintain rider inventory and resource planning.
• Gather rider feedback and continuously improve processes.
• Promote engagement among riders and partners across the city.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in rider recruitment or similar supply‑side roles.
• Bias for action and ability to work at a fast pace.
• Process‑oriented mindset for problem solving.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and team‑player attitude.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Logistics or a related field.
