Support Engineer - Weekend Managed Services Support

About the role

Lumovy Technology Solutions, a Microsoft Solutions Partner, is looking for a proactive and service-oriented Support Engineer to provide weekend support for its Managed Services projects. The role suits someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to assist users, handle queries and coordinate with relevant teams so that project operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage support requests, making sure they are answered and followed up on in a timely way.
• Respond to user queries and help resolve reported issues.
• Coordinate with technical teams to escalate issues that need further assistance.
• Maintain records of reported issues, resolutions and support activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Work a flexible schedule aligned with project support requirements, with a professional, customer-focused approach.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in customer support, technical support, helpdesk or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive, customer-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Able to stay calm and professional under pressure and able to learn new systems and processes quickly.
