SVP - Enterprise Data, Business Intelligence & Analytics

About the role

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is hiring a Senior Vice President for its Data Management Office, reporting to the CEO and CEDO. The role provides senior functional and operational leadership across the office, ensuring enterprise data, business intelligence and analytics capabilities are delivered with strong governance, clear accountability and disciplined execution. It focuses on making data reporting a reliable, digital and governed service and progressively reducing reliance on manual reporting and field-based MIS processes. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Turn the data strategy and priorities into functional roadmaps, delivery plans and initiatives, and advise the CEDO on priorities, risks, resources and investments.
• Lead the delivery portfolio: turn priorities into programmes and milestones, set up delivery mechanisms, track progress and risks, and report portfolio performance to the CEO and CEDO.
• Operationalise the enterprise data governance framework, including ownership, stewardship, classification, access, metadata, lineage, retention and data quality standards, in line with legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Oversee data architecture and engineering, including data platforms, warehouses, lakes, semantic layers, ETL/ELT, APIs and streaming, and enforce standards for data models, pipelines and metadata.
• Build a centralized, digital data reporting capability, replacing manual reporting and MIS processes with automated pipelines, dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Work with the CEDO, executive management, business functions and technology teams, and lead through functional teams and professional leads.
