About the role

We are looking for experienced HR professionals, recruiters or consultants to join our Flowmingo Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce our Y Combinator‑backed AI‑powered interview platform to your network of hiring teams and earn rewards for successful referrals. You will help hiring teams adopt a tool that makes talent selection faster, fairer, and more data‑driven.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo’s platform to HR, recruiting and hiring decision‑makers in your professional network.
• Explain how the solution integrates into existing hiring workflows and supports fair, efficient talent selection.
• Facilitate product demos and onboarding discussions to help prospects understand the platform’s value.
• Gather and relay feedback from prospects to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each client referral that converts, including bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who can work independently with no set hours or quotas.
• Passionate about recommending tools that add value to hiring processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with decision‑makers.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition processes and HR technology.
