Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead end‑to‑end recruitment initiatives, building robust talent pipelines to meet current and future staffing needs. Acting as an employer brand ambassador, the role ensures a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience while collaborating closely with HR and business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full life‑cycle recruitment: craft job descriptions, develop sourcing strategies, post openings, engage passive talent, and partner with external recruiters.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to identify and attract high‑quality candidates, providing market insights and proactive communication.
• Expand candidate pools using social media, career fairs, and networking events; nurture relationships with active and passive candidates.
• Maintain data integrity in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
• Oversee third‑party recruiting agencies, manage the Preferred Supplier List, and control cost‑to‑hire.
• Lead or support projects focused on diversity & inclusion, candidate experience, and talent acquisition process excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience in an autonomous senior recruitment role, handling both agency and in‑house recruitment.
• Demonstrated success recruiting professional and managerial level positions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
