Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bulk Hiring)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bulk Hiring) manages end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from understanding hiring needs and sourcing candidates through to offer and onboarding handoff. The role works closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines, deliver a positive candidate experience and help the organisation hire efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions across one or more functions, partnering with hiring managers on role requirements, must-have skills and team fit
• Write and post clear job descriptions across job boards, the careers page and social channels, then screen resumes and run initial phone/video screens
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring panels and manage the offer process, including compensation discussions within approved bands
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search and referrals, and build a pipeline for recurring or hard-to-fill roles
• Track candidates and requisition status in the ATS and support employer branding such as job fairs, campus drives and social media hiring posts
• Keep candidates informed, collect interview feedback, ensure compliance with company policy and employment law, and maintain accurate candidate and requisition records
• Report regularly to hiring managers and TA leadership on requisition status and personal metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer-acceptance rate)

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally across multiple roles or functions
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field
• Preferred: 2-4 years of recruiting experience (bulk hiring)
• Preferred: exposure to campus recruitment, diversity hiring or employer branding initiatives

Required skills

• Working knowledge of ATS platforms
• Sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and Boolean search
• Basic reporting and spreadsheets
• Good communication and ability to handle several open requisitions at once
