Talent Acquisition Specialist - Human Resourcing Division

About the role

Bank of Khyber is hiring a Talent Acquisition professional for its Human Resourcing Division in Peshawar. The role covers the full recruitment cycle, employer branding, policy and compliance, and reporting on hiring metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews and offer management, ensuring timely closure of positions with quality hires, especially for senior and critical roles.
• Oversee sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, headhunting and internal referrals.
• Lead employer branding initiatives across social media, job boards, career fairs and university networks.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, recruitment SOPs and regulatory guidelines, including audit observations, SBP guidelines and internal control standards.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date recruitment database and talent pool.
• Prepare and present regular MIS reports on hiring status, time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and source effectiveness to the Head HR, and prepare hiring dashboards for management review.

Required profile

• Graduation; a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resource Management or another relevant field from an HEC-recognized university or a reputable foreign university is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in human resource management, including 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition within a commercial bank.
