Nokhba.AI is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive its recruitment strategy, build high‑quality candidate pipelines and connect the company with top talent. The role involves managing multiple hiring priorities while fostering strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Screen, shortlist and conduct initial interviews and assessments.
• Build long‑term relationships with prospective candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment platforms.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, networking and pipeline‑building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple positions, deadlines and competing priorities.
• Data‑driven, organized and results‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
