Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to work remotely on a full‑time basis. In this role you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and support end‑to‑end recruiting for a global technology leader.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding activities and new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage pipelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
