Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global staffing leader on a full‑time remote basis. The specialist will own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to source, assess and place qualified candidates across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and evaluate cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics within the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and understand staffing needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, handling multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage recruitment data and metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to craft Boolean search strings for candidate sourcing.
