Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global staffing leader on a full‑time remote basis. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract and place top talent across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage follow‑ups and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Track all candidate interactions and recruitment metrics in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements and forecast staffing needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening and placement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Boolean search techniques.
