Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global technology leader on a fully remote basis. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates across the organization while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and best practices.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
