Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader by sourcing, engaging and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of open positions. The role is fully remote and focuses on full‑cycle recruiting, from building pipelines to assisting with onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Maintain candidate data in the applicant tracking system and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding activities and prepare new‑hire documentation for successful hires.

Required profile

• Proven experience using an applicant tracking system to manage pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
