Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a global technology leader on a fully remote basis. In this full‑time position you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive efficient, high‑quality hiring across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding activities and manage new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience using an applicant tracking system to manage pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and talent‑acquisition best practices.
