Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader. The position is fully remote and focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of open roles across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication.
• Maintain candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding activities and new‑hire documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience using an Applicant Tracking System to manage pipelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
