About the role

Cradle Welfare Organization is seeking a dedicated Teacher to support learning and personal development within its community‑focused education initiatives. The role involves creating a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment for students of varied abilities and backgrounds.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with learning objectives and student needs.
• Prepare teaching materials, activities, assignments, and assessments.
• Monitor student participation, attendance, understanding, and academic progress.
• Provide constructive feedback and additional support to learners who need help.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and respectful classroom environment.
• Communicate with parents, guardians, and staff regarding student development.
• Keep accurate lesson plans, assessment records, and progress documentation.

Required profile

• Strong lesson‑planning and classroom‑delivery skills.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly using age‑appropriate examples.
• Effective classroom‑management and positive behaviour‑support techniques.
• Patience, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to inclusive education.
• Clear written and verbal communication with students, families, and colleagues.
• Good organisational skills and accurate record‑keeping.
• Collaborative attitude and willingness to support community‑based education initiatives.
