About the role

Study Hub, an education management company in Islamabad, is seeking qualified teachers to join its network and support partner schools, colleges and training providers across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. The role involves delivering curriculum‑aligned lessons for primary, middle and secondary students across a variety of subjects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver well‑structured lessons that meet curriculum standards and institutional learning objectives.
• Create and adapt instructional materials, formative assessments and learning activities to address diverse learner needs.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment using effective classroom‑management techniques.
• Provide timely feedback, track student progress and communicate outcomes to parents and school leadership.
• Participate in professional development, curriculum meetings and collaborative planning with colleagues and Study Hub consultants.
• Contribute to assessment design, exam moderation and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach at primary, middle or secondary levels.
• Experience with differentiated instruction and mixed‑ability groups.
• Proficiency in preparing formative and summative assessments and using results to inform instruction.
• Good communication skills for interaction with students, parents and school staff.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and teamwork.

Required skills

• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and basic operation of a Learning Management System (LMS).
