About the role

Fazaia Schools & Colleges in Sargodha are seeking qualified teaching and administrative staff for Air Base Inter College Mushaf and FAZMIC. The positions are contract‑based and cover a range of subjects and support functions within the academic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and classroom instruction for assigned subjects such as Computer Science, Chemistry, English, Urdu, General Science, Business & Economics, and Mathematics.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and assess student performance in accordance with the curriculum.
• Provide academic guidance and counseling to students, including psychological support where applicable.
• Manage the Progress Section as In‑charge, overseeing student records and progress tracking.
• Participate in faculty meetings, examinations and school events as required.

Required profile

• Relevant higher education degree (BS, MA, MSc, MS, MPhil) in the subject area or related field.
• Professional qualifications and teaching experience appropriate to the advertised grade (FPS‑10/11/12).
• HEC‑attested copies of academic certificates and transcripts.
• Ability to work on a renewable annual contract and adhere to institutional policies.
