Teaching Staff – Classroom Teacher

About the role

The school is looking for dedicated teaching staff to deliver high‑quality instruction, implement the prescribed curriculum, and foster a positive learning environment that supports students' academic, social, and personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons in line with the school curriculum and academic guidelines.
• Create an inclusive, disciplined classroom that promotes student participation and academic excellence.
• Utilise appropriate teaching methodologies, instructional resources and technology to enhance learning.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning abilities and individual student needs.
• Assess, monitor and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests and examinations, providing timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic progress and classroom activities.
• Prepare students for internal assessments, examinations and other evaluations.
• Communicate professionally with parents or guardians regarding student progress and behaviour.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators, section heads and fellow teachers to ensure curriculum consistency.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, school events and other institutional activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject and grade level (fresh graduates with exceptional credentials may be considered).
• Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject or Education from an HEC‑recognised institution; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• Valid teaching certification preferred.
• Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a professional educational environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using digital teaching tools and educational technology.
